1. Service. Brevio provides a cloud eDiscovery platform under these Terms. The full agreement, including the Bonterms Cloud Service Terms (referenced and incorporated below), governs your use.
2. Customer Data. You retain all rights in Customer Data. Brevio processes Customer Data only as needed to provide the Service.
3. Subscription & Billing. Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
4. Termination & Export. Either party may terminate for cause. On termination, Brevio will provide a reasonable window for Customer Data export.
5. Limitation of Liability. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, except for breach of confidentiality, indemnification obligations, or willful misconduct.
